1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using TireTrack, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

TireTrack provides tire tracking and session logging tools for kart racers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not share your account with others
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans (Pro, Team) are billed monthly via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in Settings
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Your Data

You own the data you enter into TireTrack. We do not claim any rights to your tire sets, sessions, or notes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

6. Limitation of Liability

TireTrack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, racing outcomes, or damages arising from use of the service.
